1. DELIVERY COVERAGE AND SCHEDULE

Q1: What is our service area? A: We proudly offer comprehensive delivery coverage to all major regions and municipalities across the State of Qatar, including Doha, Al Wakrah, Al Rayyan, Al Khor, Lusail, and Umm Salal.

Q2: What delivery options are available? A: We provide flexible options to meet urgent or time-sensitive needs:

  • Same-Day Delivery: Guaranteed for all orders placed before 4:00 PM QAT. Deliveries occur within our standard window of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM QAT.
  • Midnight Delivery: A dedicated premium slot for unique surprises, scheduled between 7:00 PM and 12:00 AM QAT. Orders must be placed by 4:00 PM QAT.

Q3: What are the delivery costs? A: A standardized, flat-rate fee of QAR 42 is applied to all orders for delivery within Qatar.

Q4: How can I track my order? A: Upon placing your order, you will receive an immediate confirmation. Subsequent email and SMS notifications will be provided upon dispatch and successful final delivery.

2. ORDER FULFILLMENT AND PROTOCOL

Q1: What is the process for placing an order? A: Orders are processed via our secure e-commerce platform:

  1. Selection: Browse and add your desired products to the basket.
  2. Checkout: Provide recipient details and select the preferred delivery date and time window.
  3. Payment: Complete the transaction via our secure payment gateway to finalize the order.

Q2: What is the protocol for delivery address issues? A: Should the provided delivery address be incomplete or unclear, our dedicated Customer Service team will contact either the sender or the recipient to verify the location and expedite the delivery.

3. RECIPIENT AND HOLIDAY POLICY

Q1: What if the recipient is unavailable to receive the order? A: Due to the perishable nature of our products, the recipient (or an authorized representative) must be available.

  • We will attempt to contact the recipient and the sender to arrange a re-delivery.
  • Should a second delivery attempt fail, the order will regrettably be cancelled, and a refund cannot be issued.

Q2: Are delivery commitments affected by peak periods? A: During high-volume seasonal events and major holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Eid), specific delivery time requests may be subject to adjustment to ensure the timely fulfillment of all orders on the designated date.
